We are a small family owned business located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. We are your neighbors. I grew up here, spent some time in Chicago and then moved my family back "Home". We are glad that you have found your way here and are confident you will enjoy what we have to offer you. We have been involved in the art of cleaning in one way or the other, long before we started in the home cleaning service industry. Aside from the maid service, one of our greatest joys has been working with children and animals. We love putting smiles on faces, changing lives, and connecting with people in all that we do. 4. What happens if I am not satisfied with the experience?
Give us a call back within 24 hours and we will have whichever part of your home that you are dissatisfied with, re-cleaned at no extra charge.
5. What are some things, that I may not think about, that are vital to the protection of myself & my home?
How are employees treated. Bonding, Insurance, Background check, Intensive hiring process and training, & being able to get in touch with us when you need us.
6. Spring Green Maids is bonded and insured. While every effort is made to use great care in your home, sometimes accidents do happen. Our maids are trained to notify immediately our office (and you) if something is broken or damaged so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. If we should break or damage something, we will reinburse the equivalent value of the item, in free home cleanings. We do not issue reinbursement checks. We limit our loss to the replacement value, repair cost, or $500.00, whichever is less.
